I am having issue registering my phone number and always have an above mentioned issue. i have try to use "0" prefeix or none, seem does not work. My goal is try to use azure account to learn about the feature i am currently learning. FYI, all other method auti using email or Apps Aut done. works fine when login in. but only phone number.

hope can provide the answer and has been looking to resolve this issue.
