You can perform a security scan on your device and change your password while ensuring the security of your account environment.

You can hide your account name by changing your primary alias and disabling your login preferences. This way hackers won't know your current account name and you won't be consistently compromised.

You can follow my instructions below.

• Add a new alias, change this alias to the primary alias. You can add aliases through this link. Add or remove an email alias in Outlook.com - Microsoft Support Notes: Do not delete your original alias.
• This is the most important step. Uncheck the original account name in the sign-in preferences so that when you log in using your original account name it will say this account could not be found (On the login screen it shows that the account does not exist. But the account still exists, it's just hidden by the system), so that hackers can't attack using your original account name, but you will have to log in using your new primary alias as well. So you need to keep your new alias in mind, you can take a screenshot and save it.

You can also add Microsoft Authenticator to your phone, a free app that helps you sign in to all your accounts just use your fingerprint, face recognition or PIN.Sometimes apps verify accounts more securely than CAPTCHAs. This also enhances the security of your account.
