Can someone please tell me why my Outlook Calendar wont make changes or allow me to add new appointments, it tell me something went wrong and try again later

I have exactly the same problem & this isn't a work around as all calendar appointments & worse emails default to that account as well
It's happening here too - Northern England - Monday 11 Nov 2024 - and it's for a BTinternet email
Reloading the account didn't work. Microsoft can you provide a permanent solution as not being able to add meetings to Outlook is a significant problem!
The temporary solution worked, However, I would like to change my default account back to the one I use as soon as possible. Is there anyway I can get notified that the fix was made? An email notification would be fine.

Microsoft - PLEASE either fix 365 or pull the ridiculous product! I'm trying to run a business and basic calendar and email functions just DON'T WORK! Restrictions with IMAP email accounts are crazy - I can't even change how my name appears to receivers of my emails. Come on, that worked perfectly before 365. This isn't a game - you are messing with how I run my business! I can't see diary entries, can't make diary entries. I'm missing appointments, looking rude to clients and losing money. What on earth is going on?!
