Can someone please tell me why my Outlook Calendar wont make changes or allow me to add new appointments, it tell me something went wrong and try again later

I have checked and that 1.2024.1107.100 is installed and I still have the same message popping up when I try to enter a new event in my calendar.
The new version installed which isn't working STILL!

You can open the new Outlook. Click Settings->General->About Outlook. Check if the version is the latest. If not, close the new Outlook and open it again.
Because when I tested it today, the update button did not appear when I opened the Microsoft Store directly. But after I closed the new Outlook and opened it again, the version was updated to the latest.
If the version is still not the latest. You can click Windows Settings->Apps->Installed apps. Select Outlook (New). Click the three dots on the right. Click Advanced options. Then click Reset.

At last :) If you checked my previous screen shot I had the latest version and had clicked updates. Outlook said it was updated yesterday. I clicked update again and had a tick so tried Outlook and BINGO. Thanks for your time and patience (mine was wearing thin).
I did this as well. Then I went back to the gmail account as my primary, and then everything worked.
