My Outlook Calendar wont allow me to add or make changes

Can someone please tell me why my Outlook Calendar wont make changes or allow me to add new appointments, it tell me something went wrong and try again later

2024-11-13T20:06:25+00:00 I have terminal cancer and rely on outlook to keep my blood tests and meetings with radiotherapy and oncology as well as blood tests. MS treats this as a computer game. I wish you well.

2024-11-13T20:06:03+00:00 I assume an update was uploaded to my laptop overnight because it had restarted this morning and I was able to make a few changes to the Outlook calendar but now it's back to the "Something Went Wrong" error response when I try to add or make any changes.
