I just came on to the Microsoft hosting for my work emails. I have my emails from the previous hosting as a pst file. The new outlook is not showing me an option to import these into my account

I found A toggle switch but I do not have the toggle switch to go to classic. I can toggle but it only changes the topbanner into classic appearance.. But no opportunity to open/import- export .pst

Yeah, doesn't look like you can import into New Outlook. I really don't understand why they would roll this product out. It's terrible.

You can now open a .PST file:

There isn't a lot you can do with it:

There does not appear to be anything that corresponds to a "Toggle Switch". There does not appear to be any way to import the PST file. And, by the way, I was online with Microsoft support chat while Microsoft 365 was downloading, and Chat assured me that it could be done. Good thing I installed Thunderbird before I did Microsoft 365. Thunderbird was easy to set up.

Doesn't seem to support mailboxes hosted on Exchange cloud hosting (work email account)

That "this article" link takes me here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/open-and-find-items-in-an-outlook-data-file-pst-2e2b55a4-f681-4b93-90cb-31d39349fb95

My subscription is Exchange Plan 1. I suppose that is not supported yet.
