I just came on to the Microsoft hosting for my work emails. I have my emails from the previous hosting as a pst file. The new outlook is not showing me an option to import these into my account

WAT2020 If you open file exployer(yellow folder) the onedrive>documents> outlook files> you will see your backup .PST file. Drag that to the new outlook hover over inbox and drop it in, it will auto load them.
Good morning. I completely agree with you and I made this correction a long time ago and to this day nothing concrete has been done. I really don't understand this way of proceeding from Microsoft, especially now that products need to be purchased by purchase or annual subscription. That's how I have my Windows 11 and Outlook 365. I pay annually for these products. I hope it gets resolved quickly, especially because I'm having some problems with Outlook Classic and I think they changed platforms on purpose so that people can use it.
To the community moderator, yes I am another very dissatisfied customer that is paying more for a subscription that is delivering far less.
Let the number of dissatisfied customers speak out here. I need the pst file access for legal reasons also. Thanks for the incredible inconvenience during these hard and trying times. You have added to them!
I added the file, but it is constantly missing to read the emails in the folder.
Original structure : File name 16: when i click 16, it will show the emails in the inbox, delete folder, sent items folder. Able to see all the emails in delete folder and sent items folder on the new outlook. But unable to see the inbox emails.
