I just came on to the Microsoft hosting for my work emails. I have my emails from the previous hosting as a pst file. The new outlook is not showing me an option to import these into my account

This table currently represents subscriptions that should allow Outlook New .PST support:

I added auth app to my outlook.com account. I was able to add outlook.com into Outlook (new) app.

Here's my Outlook (new) app Outlook Data Files setting accessing 1 free (hotmail.com) personal account:

So there... PST is not available for free personal account (outlook/hotmail). It isn't available on Exchange Plan 1 (hosting company domain name) subscription either.

This code issue has been resolved by "In one recent case we discussed the user was having this same issue, but it got resolved using Authenticator." It solved the same issue in another post here in Answers. I assume you still have access to the MSA account, you might try adding Authenticator to your phone and adding it to your MSA security methods. This eliminates the code via email process.
