Why does my Hotmail show 100 full on my device but is still working on my laptop?

I have two emails that I use. One for everyday life and the other for gaming mostly. My issue is that it keeps making me verify my phone number and this causes ne to be locked out of the other. Basically I'm forced to sign in everytime I game and sign into the other one every time I don't game.

What a joke,I don't have any trouble signing in,I just realised I'm talking to a computer,what a waste of time

I understand that you seem to be having trouble signing into your email.

You are definitely not the only one who finds the New Outlook to be a nightmare. Admittedly, the New Outlook currently has some shortcomings and may not meet all users' expectations. However, with updates, it is expected to improve over time.

Regarding your issue, I might need some clarification.

• What do you mean by 'pull up 365'? The New Outlook is actually a free application and should not require a Microsoft 365 subscription.
• Are you saying that you need to re-enter your account password every time you open the New Outlook?
• If so, what email domain are you using?
