Maybe I am alone but the new Outlook is a nightmare for me. I can't open unless I pull up 365 and then I have to enter a password to sign into email.

It takes forever to sign in to my emails. When I put in the address it takes a long time to sign in to the password and same to get it open.
I have been Microsoft for around 10 years I never had that problem like that never but now I don't really know what going on to this app and every where or company had my same phone and my email out look.
My Hotmail account is ******@hotmail.com I don't remember my my password or my old mobile number that I registered it with. Can you please help me. I can get my email on my mobile phone but not on the computer.thanks
