Hello there, I couldn't login to my email on the Outlook website or on my smartphone. I never log out of my email on my smartphone and computer, but it's logged out. When I tried to login, I got the message "Too Many Requests" on my smartphone and computer. May you help me so I can login to my email account? I've changed my password, but still couldn't login.

I am having the same problem now. Looks like there's about 3,500+ of us having this problem. MS customer support get defunded?
This is a reply to all who tried to help me but have found this is unfixable, thanks for taking the time. I now understand this is an on going problem that MS can't/won't correct. I honestly think when they can't fix something, they turn it over to their 'supporters' in hopes that a solution will happen. I hadn't logged in for hours but shortly after posting my problem, I tried again and got in. This was after a day and a half + of trying so I don't have a solution for anyone either. I wish MS would stop trying to fix what's good and concentrate at correcting the problems in new programs before turning them loose on us.
