Hello there, I couldn't login to my email on the Outlook website or on my smartphone. I never log out of my email on my smartphone and computer, but it's logged out. When I tried to login, I got the message "Too Many Requests" on my smartphone and computer. May you help me so I can login to my email account? I've changed my password, but still couldn't login.

I have been having this problem frequently on a Windows 11 desktop.
On a Linux laptop, I log straight in.
It's nothing to do with server requests.
I had this problem for the first time today when trying to log-in to my Hotmail account on my home computer. Logging-in requires me to log-in to my Microsoft account & that is 'protected' by a code being sent to me on my mobile phone.
All proceeded OK until I tried to enter the code supplied to me by Microsoft via my mobile phone. On entering the code on my computer I got the "Too Many Requests" message & could go no further.
Looking for help I went onto the "Contact - Microsoft Support" page & basically got nowhere because this paricular error wasn't recognised by the automated sysems used by Microsoft support.
To try & get further help I saw the "sign-in" icon on the top left of the page & decided to try that route.
No problem - I signed into my Microsoft Account as usual, including entering the code sent to me by Microsoft.
As I was then signed-in, I could access my Hotmail account with no further problems.
OK, so what happened? No idea - could just be the server was no longer so busy, but I just don't buy that. Could be that using a different system/software got round a basic "bug" in the current Outlook software - yep, that seems more likely to me.
I have the same problem I got a white screen that says "Too Many Request" on both my phone and PC. while after getting it on my PC and I closed the tab and when I went to the outlook website again I was logged in and able to read my emails.
Getting the same, trying to setup a personal account for someone to transfer their Authenticator backup to a new phone. I put in the code it emailed, the login looped and asked for it again, then on the second code input I get "Too Many Requests". Judging by the dates of the replies, this glitch is starting up again and Microsoft's MFA is broken.
