How to login to Outlook when you still got the "Too Many Request" message?

Oh my god Microsoft Outlook is so annoying! I DID NOT put my password in incorrectly and I've NOT made too many attempts - I made one attempt in the past week and I used 'show password' to triple check I wasn't incorrect. Why won't you let me in! I really am sick of this!

UPDATE - I like that it's logged me in enough to add my username to this but not let me into my emails!!

one of the worst email services is Hotmail/microsoft. It blocks your account and forces you to change your password after bots try to access it. I’ve already changed my password basically 20 times because every time I log in, I’m required to change it again for this reason. It’s super inconvenient. On top of that, there’s also a login delay even if there was just one, just one failed login attempt, it immediately says “too many attempts.”aAnd when you try to contact Microsoft support or anything like that, it’s usually just an automated system, and every complaint is basically ignored, probably because they laid off most of their customer service staff and replaced it with something useless. Meanwhile, Google remains far better in every aspect, even when it comes to security
This comment will probably just be one more among many that are ignored.
It’s no wonder Google keeps outperforming in every aspect, from search, to AI, to email.
Luckily, not yet in gaming and operating systems, I suppose , but it’s probably just a matter of time.

I am facing troble in logging my Hotmail account past several days. Every timme I try it say Too Many request. How to resolve the problem what is the solution.
