Hello there, I couldn't login to my email on the Outlook website or on my smartphone. I never log out of my email on my smartphone and computer, but it's logged out. When I tried to login, I got the message "Too Many Requests" on my smartphone and computer. May you help me so I can login to my email account? I've changed my password, but still couldn't login.

Yes, guessed that - it appears to be just another Microsoft 'thing' that they have created & haven't any real idea how to fix.
Happened to me again earlier today when I was on a Windows 11 laptop, but later on, on my Windows 10 PC (fully updated), I had no problem accessing my email.
I have been having this problem frequently on a Windows 11 desktop.
On a Linux laptop, I log straight in.
It's nothing to do with server requests.
*the "Too Many Requests" error* I'm jumping in here with the same issues. This isn't the first time. C'mon Microsoft, DO SOMETHING !!! None of your fixes are working. I've been using Outlook for many, many years and I can't believe that there are many complaints that no one is looking into it. You do realize that we rely on our emails whether for business or personal. Gosh, I would hate to go over to gmail but if this continues, I may have no choice. *sighs*
what do you mean "short period of time (usually 15-30 minutes)" I need to login now, why did you do that??? your wasting individual's time.
I have the same problem I got a white screen that says "Too Many Request" on both my phone and PC. while after getting it on my PC and I closed the tab and when I went to the outlook website again I was logged in and able to read my emails.
