Suddenly Cannot Get Mail on my iPhone. And a message The mail server "imap-mail.outlook.com" is not responding.comes out. I tried a lot of things but it’s not working. Some one might help with this issue. Thanks

I was able to access my email after I deleted the app and reinstalled it by searching for " mail" but was not able to figure out how to get the icon for it back onto my phone. I'm pretty much hopeless at technology stuff. Any suggestions for a tech dummy?

Since updating my iPhone, I can no longer respond to emails on Outlook through the website. Apple said to contact Microsoft because they can’t do anything.

Deleting mail app from iphone and adding Outlook app did the trick-Thank you!
