In Windows 10 when I open or work with mail in the Outlook desktop app (local installation) the message no access keeps coming up.
Then I get a message that I have to select continue to sign in to this account, or manage to remove the account.
Then the message something went wrong, try again later 0x80049dd3 comes up.
I can then select send feedback or cancel as I choose, and then I get logged in and can continue working.
Can something be done to get this away, so that I don't often get interruptions with this?
Is it a known bug, and/or could it pose a security risk?

this isnt the case. I have a .co.uk account giving me the issue. My oultook.com is fine

Please include me when you message the fix for your Outlook problem. I have the same "access denied" error reported by others.
The problem appears to be only with the outlook.com email. It does not happen with my optonline, roadrunner, yahoo, or gmail accounts. I changed the primary email alias in my Microsoft account from ***@roadrunner.com to my ***@outlook.com and the problem appears to have disappeared. The problem started several days ago, so I do not think it was associated with the 24H2 update. More likely is a change in the outlook mail desktop app that caused it.
I remember when the new outlook started rolling out, there was a problem adding the outlook.com email account if your primary email alias in your Microsoft account was not outlook.com. After I changed my primary email alias to ***@outlook.com I was able to add the account to the new outlook desktop app. One note on changing the primary email alias in your Microsoft account: It can only be changed twice in a seven day period.
Changing the primary alias does not appear to affect any access, you can still use any of the listed email addresses in the Microsoft account to sign in with.
