Why does 0x80049dd3 come up in the Outlook desktop app?

In Windows 10 when I open or work with mail in the Outlook desktop app (local installation) the message no access keeps coming up.

Then I get a message that I have to select continue to sign in to this account, or manage to remove the account.

Then the message something went wrong, try again later 0x80049dd3 comes up.

I can then select send feedback or cancel as I choose, and then I get logged in and can continue working.

Can something be done to get this away, so that I don't often get interruptions with this?

Is it a known bug, and/or could it pose a security risk?

    Let me know too please.

    To summarize my experience:

(Because of this error, a few days earlier from today I reset windows on PC 1).

The error occurs only when the first email is opened after opening outlook on account A on only PC 1 of the 3 PCs I have

PC 1 has 2 accounts, account A which was initially added to outlook and no error occurring until account B was added and no error occurs on account B.

Only account A gets the error on PC1 even when switched from primary with account B and no error on account B occurs when switched to primary.

on PC 1 account A, I close the error page and reopen the inbox on account A and no error occurs upon opening email.

PCs 2 & 3 have only one account, account A added to outlook and there is no error when opening

    emails.

My pixel phone does not get the error even though both accounts are on the outlook app.

I hope this information will help solve the issue.
