Hovering over a hyperlink in the "new" outlook doesn't display the actual URL. How can this be remedied.

A very dangerous behavior in the new outlook is that hoving the mouse pointer over a hyperlink in an email no longer displays the actual URL of the link.

Seeing the true URL is the #1 way people can avoid getting email scammed. Removing this tool is inviting people to get defrauded. This should not be a default behavior and I cannot see how to resolve this.

Hovering is still not working, but dragging the link does. Thanks for the work-around. It's not a solution we'd be prepared to roll out to our user base though, after years of telling them not to touch the link.

Unfortunately dragging it can make it go off in your hand and who know what the spillage will be.

I have this version and I can finally see a tooltip with the original URL when I hover the mouse above a URL.

Are you sure you can see the links in reading GMAIL or mail other than MSFT?
