In my outlook calendar I can no longer change the date or time of any event using the pull down arrows to change the start date or time. When I input a new day or time, it reverts back to the original. I am able to change the date/time of event by dragging the event, but this is cumbersome. It is a new computer and Office 365. This is a new issue and started approximately 2 weeks ago.

SORRY - IT ONLY WORKED ONCE then went back to the problem. So ignore the rest of this message. Just got it corrected. My PC, an HP Pavilion Desktop x64 just had a bios update. That corrected the issue. BIOS Mode UEFI . Running Windows 11 Home Ver. 10.0.26100 Build 26100
I have the same Windows 11 version as you, however I use (and own) Outlook 2016 at this time. Never had an issue until this issue recently.

My Windows 11 version is 24H2 26100.4351 and my Outlook version is Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2506 Build 16.0.18925.20076) 64-bit
Oh, great, while checking the version, I noticed that I could update the software (to build 18925.20138).
The problem was come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
