When I tried this it said outlook account already existed so didn’t work.
I have outlook set up for my work emails.
For now I had to add Hotmail to outlook and abandon Apple Mail.
I would love to reinstate Apple Mail with Hotmail to keep it all separate if anyone has experienced the same
Ok thank you for your reply
Omg thank you soo much!
Your a star, I never would have sorted this myself ☺️
When I did it (on an iPhone) all it asked was for me to sign into my Hotmail
Account. Sounds like It want you to do it manually but that’s not how it should go.
So it was SETTINGS/MAIL/MAIL ACCOUNTS/ADD ACCOUNT/ then hit the outlook icon.. and it says to sign in. That was it.
