Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
- Drag and drop them into the new IMAP account - takes forever to upload 50GB - lucky I have paid for the storage with TMC
- lots of waiting and now im all good.
Two observations: you are paying for storage. The argument for .psts is you don't pay monthly/yearly costs for storage. You buy a computer that has the storage and you manage it from there.
Second observation. Are you still waiting for those emails to upload? No wait time if Microsoft left .psts intact.
According to some Microsoft FAQs .pst support is planned for sometime in 2025. Let's hope that is true.
I'm willing to keep an eye on the progress and keep using the pst supporting version of Outlook.
