Not sure how this happened but the new outlook is easily the worst piece of software I have ever seen. That takes into account MS-Dos and Win 95 disasters.
No clue why on earth they would force this garbage on us, when most of us used to say how great outlook was......
I MUST get back to classic now and how can I do it as it dropped all my other email accounts and created armageddon

Yes, the new Outlook is garbage. Go to search box, type Outlook, select classic version, right-click and add to task bar.
To get the old Outlook back on a PC at least, open the run dialog by pressing the Windows and R keys. Type Outlook.exe. Press enter.
Agree that this new Outlook is a disaster I'm using the Outlook 2019 PC version through Verizon as a POP account relayed through AOL. The new Outlook is not yet usable with a POP account. You can't log in, it doesn't recognize your account, and it helpfully offers to send an authorization code to your email that you can't log in to and it can't send to.

I dont really understand why is Microsoft not doing something to get back Office 2019 and Classic Outlook back when there is such a huge backlash from customers all over the world. This is nothing but day light robbery as they want to force us to buy expensive MS 365 packagaes which are not even needed.

Satya Nadella should sack the person who made the New Outlook and more so , got rid of the old classic outlook. Don't they read feedback from customers all over the world?
