GET RID OF NEW OUTLOOK NOW - Revert To Classic PLEASE

Not sure how this happened but the new outlook is easily the worst piece of software I have ever seen. That takes into account MS-Dos and Win 95 disasters.

No clue why on earth they would force this garbage on us, when most of us used to say how great outlook was......

I MUST get back to classic now and how can I do it as it dropped all my other email accounts and created armageddon

NEED answers now

Thanks you

    Dear Pabmarc

Good day! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We'll be happy to help!

First of all, we regret for the inconvenience caused to your work. Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, please kindly refer to following:

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Navigate to the Outlook menu.
    3. Uncheck the option for the New Outlook.
    4. Click the Revert button.
    5. Allow the application to revert to the Outlook Classic view.

For your reference: **** Toggle out of the new Outlook for Windows preview - Microsoft Support

If you don't see a toggle in the new Outlook for Windows, please kindly troubleshoot with these steps:

    1. Launch classic Outlook for Windows from the Windows Start Menu, not the new Outlook (identified by the "New" tag).
    2. Open the Registry Editor by typing "Registry Editor" in the Start Menu search and selecting the app.
    3. Go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences.
    4. Find and double-click on "UseNewOutlook" at the bottom of the list.
    5. Set the Value Data field to 0.
    6. Attempt to launch classic Outlook for Windows from the Windows Start Menu.

Meanwhile, if you still need further help, then please kindly share more details about your issue with me so that I can do more research and tests, thanks.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated. I hope for all the best!

    Sincerely
