Not sure how this happened but the new outlook is easily the worst piece of software I have ever seen. That takes into account MS-Dos and Win 95 disasters.
No clue why on earth they would force this garbage on us, when most of us used to say how great outlook was......
I MUST get back to classic now and how can I do it as it dropped all my other email accounts and created armageddon

Are you crazy? Do you think that everyday users are fit to screw around with the Registry? PLEASE PROVIDE A FIX for their MICROSOFT SCREW UP.. NEW OUTLLOK IS THE WORST SOFTWARE YOU'VR EVER CREATED
I dont really understand why is Microsoft not doing something to get back Office 2019 and Classic Outlook back when there is such a huge backlash from customers all over the world. This is nothing but day light robbery as they want to force us to buy expensive MS 365 packagaes which are not even needed.

After getting/making sure Outlook Classic is installed, this is a good page to check:
The new classic has a "tab" on the right near the top to "switch to classic". It did not respond or execute fir me. I tried multiple ways, multiple times.
The best way to switch to classic for me was to exit new outlook and download classic separately, then log in.
FTR, I have been an email administrator since 1998 and used most versions of outlook.

I believe you'll find 30% per cent of your silent "switchers" have one or more of the same issues.
