I click on the blue New Contact button & nothing happens. There is no error message. I have cleared the Outlook cache. I also did Quick Repair & Online Repair but I still cannot add new contacts.

I like to consider myself somewhat tech savvy but you might as well have been speaking Greek (I'm not Greek!). Can you dumb that down and tell us if there is anything we can do at this time or do we just need to wait for MS to fix this VERY IRRITATING problem?
I looked for help, but my Outlook doesn't have the toggle in the upper right to switch to the older (or new) version.
How can I go back to the old Outlook?
