New Outlook: I cannot add a new contact to People.

Microsoft net profit over past 12 months seems to be $88 billion.

At least their stockholders are doing well while we suffer with this insultingly pathetic response.

We're talking to a bot no doubt.

None of this makes any sense to me. I am now convinced that Microsoft is unable to provide a simple contact list for OutLook. Maybe they should ask the engineers that developed a working email/contacts system back in the 1980's!

More info: When affected users click on contacts, no information is displayed. Additionally, when those users click on "New Contact", nothing happens. Whilst we isolate the source of impact, we recommend using Outlook Monarch or Microsoft Teams to avoid this issue. Additionally, admins for affected users may be able to mitigate the impact by configuring the conditional access policies for the "Microsoft People Cards Service" and "Office Online Loki SSO" apps using the guidelines provided in the articles below:

Current status: Our investigation indicates that an authentication token that facilitates contacts in Outlook on the web isn't operating as expected. We're continuing our analysis of the token to confirm this as the root cause of impact and develop a remediation strategy.

I am finding like everyone else FRUSTRATED with the New Outlook program! It is so dysfunctional! You can't add any new contacts at all!? When I switched to the new version I also lost all my contacts! Come on microsoft! You can do better than this! Who do you have creating this? 9 year olds? Running a business and having to mess around with this everyday is pathetic! Why do you you always have problems with outlook email? I hope was truly hoping that the New outlook would resolve all the old outlook problems but it the opposite!
