I click on the blue New Contact button & nothing happens. There is no error message. I have cleared the Outlook cache. I also did Quick Repair & Online Repair but I still cannot add new contacts.

Thanks, but for some reason the next day all my contacts were there and I could then add new ones.
I had issues with trying to add back exported contacts and pst files after installing Windows 11 24H2 and only places Office 365 with New outlook. Here is the answer most are looking for since there is not a a toggle button on top right to go back to what is known as classic Outlook.

What is OWA?
I know, no matter how I try to fix, nothing works. I hope Outlook sees the problem and fixes it. There seems to be no way to talk to anyone too.
I too have this problem with Outlook. I can see my Contacts list but not each contact's information. I cannot add a new contact either.
