New Outlook: I cannot add a new contact to People.

I click on the blue New Contact button & nothing happens. There is no error message. I have cleared the Outlook cache. I also did Quick Repair & Online Repair but I still cannot add new contacts.

    I'm with you! We shouldn't have to be a computer expert to have email software that works.

    4. What is an Admin Portal?

    I have no idea what this stuff is... and it's not my responsibility to know. FIX the SOFTWARE!!!

    I only have an Outlook account, no other Microsoft accounts. I keep asking my IT person to find another email service but I am stuck with Outlook for now.

    Microsoft products have really deteriorated in recent years. Don't expect it to get any better.

    I was excited & optimistic to try this but, it did not correct the problem. I still cannot enter a new contact or open an existing one.
