[Scam email] I’ve been Hacked email sent from my account!

Hello pervert, I've sent this message from your Microsoft account. I want to inform you about a very bad situation for you. However, you can benefit from it, if you will act wisеly.Have you heard of Pegasus? This is a spyware program that installs on computers and smartphones and allows hackers to monitor the activity of device owners. It provides access to your webcam, messengers, emails, call records, etc. It works well on Android, iOS, macOS and Windows. I guess, you already figured out where I’m getting at.******

    I just changed my passwords and deleted the email I’ve had nothing since.

    I got the same mail, but in my case the id is exactly the same id as mine. No difference in letters, no spaces, no change whatsoever.

    I know it is a scam and Im not worried at all. But I just want to understand how can the id be exactly the same.

    Hi Simon,

    Well I got almost the exact email as well, it was in the junk, and didnt have an email address.

    Now I have gotten this type of email before which I do not care, however in this instance, yesterday I also saw that there was a sign in from another country and a device which wasn't me.

    Now I did change my password after few hours, but still I received an email about being hacked, the same way.

    So after receiving that, I also added 2FA, and signed out from all devices as well.

    I am not sure in this case what had happened, but how can I be 100% sure that there aren't any more problems in my account?

    I also got same email yesterday. Activity showed someone is trying to logging everyday from months multiple times but unsuccessful. Seems some bot is running. But request Microsoft to please do something to stop these activities. These are scarry.
