I have the same issue
What was interesting was that if I sent it from my own email, why would it go to the junk folder, I tested and it shouldn't. I have no idea how they did this, but it's very convincing.
The point is, it's not your account. it's just a spam email that mimics your email automatically. They're sending those automatically to thousands of email addresses, hoping that someone will fall for the blackmail.
Just delete the email they sent you and move on.

Hi Simon,
Alex here. I got the same message just now in my junk folder. What worries me is that they sent it from my account, without any mistake. Also my Outlook profile photo is shown while hovering the kouse on the photo. How can I be sure that my account was not hacked?

Go in through this link and click “See your recent activity”. if there are no successful logins from unknown addresses, your account has not been compromised.
