Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
This has not resolved the issue for me. I still get "Add an account on Mobile to use the app" when I open Outlook on my watch even though it works fine on my phone.

EDIT: September 13, 2024:
As of Outlook version 4.2435.1 Outlook is working again on my watch for both email and calendar events. I had to wait a little bit after I installed this new version before calendar events started sinking, but everything does work now.
Original message:
When I launch the Outlook app on my Watch Ultra I get the error in below:
"Add an account on mobile to use the app"
I am running the Outlook app on my phone (S21) and have multiple accounts (Hotmail and Gmail) set up in the Outlook app.
The app refuses to open normally and function. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my watch. I've installed the app on the watch from the Play Store on my phone, and from the Play Store on the watch.
No change.
When I set up my Galaxy Watch Ultra I did not do a restore from my previous Galaxy watch, and I also cleared cache on the watch after setup, so the watch is as fresh as can be. The watch is up-to-date w/the most recent FW from Samsung, ver AXG2.

Please release an updated version of the Outlook app for Android watches that fixes this problem. Currently the Outlook Android watch app is unusable.

So following the ideas posted to uninstall Outlook from the watch AND the phone then reinstall both I've just wasted ANOTHER few hours of my life. thanks. not. Still not working. :-(
Exactly the same result here, thanks for posting. No Calendar as yet but everything else ok.
Step 1: Please uninstall the Outlook app from Phone
Step 2: Download the "Outlook" app from the Galaxy Store APP in Phone and configure the Email ID
Step 3: Delete the Outlook app from Galaxy Watch 6/7
Step 4: Restart your Watch
Step 5: Install the Outlook from Watch Play store
Step 6: Now Mail and Calander Sync Works Perfectly.
Hi in addition to the Outlook update with the watch,
Since the update there is an issue and "Phone" is not listed on the Outlook permissions so I am unable to use Dial in #'s on my Outlook calendar.
Tested on various Android devices, however still works on iOS.
