EDIT: September 13, 2024:
As of Outlook version 4.2435.1 Outlook is working again on my watch for both email and calendar events. I had to wait a little bit after I installed this new version before calendar events started sinking, but everything does work now.
Original message:
When I launch the Outlook app on my Watch Ultra I get the error in below:
"Add an account on mobile to use the app"
I am running the Outlook app on my phone (S21) and have multiple accounts (Hotmail and Gmail) set up in the Outlook app.
The app refuses to open normally and function. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my watch. I've installed the app on the watch from the Play Store on my phone, and from the Play Store on the watch.
No change.
When I set up my Galaxy Watch Ultra I did not do a restore from my previous Galaxy watch, and I also cleared cache on the watch after setup, so the watch is as fresh as can be. The watch is up-to-date w/the most recent FW from Samsung, ver AXG2.

Please release an updated version of the Outlook app for Android watches that fixes this problem. Currently the Outlook Android watch app is unusable.

Did the Outlook Watch Face show as an option?
I'm experiencing the same issues. The email synchronization is erratic, and the calendar isn't syncing at all.
For me it's still broken. It does get the emails from time to time, but no agenda. Also when you start the app it keeps mentioning that there are no accounts.
Microsoft, one of the biggest software comanies in the world not being able to fix this after about 2 months is just striking. Get your act together and please fix this!
Does the Outlook Watch Face come up as an option to load. My watch is getting emails and events after going to an old version 4.2429.1. When it updated to 4.2434.1 I am still getting emails and events, but no Outlook Watch Face. Did you get that to work?
