Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I confirm this is true, no watch face for my galaxy watch ultra. The calendar and inbox work fine within the app on the watch, but, as I said, sadly no watch face.

EDIT: September 13, 2024:
As of Outlook version 4.2435.1 Outlook is working again on my watch for both email and calendar events. I had to wait a little bit after I installed this new version before calendar events started sinking, but everything does work now.
Original message:
When I launch the Outlook app on my Watch Ultra I get the error in below:
"Add an account on mobile to use the app"
I am running the Outlook app on my phone (S21) and have multiple accounts (Hotmail and Gmail) set up in the Outlook app.
The app refuses to open normally and function. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my watch. I've installed the app on the watch from the Play Store on my phone, and from the Play Store on the watch.
No change.
When I set up my Galaxy Watch Ultra I did not do a restore from my previous Galaxy watch, and I also cleared cache on the watch after setup, so the watch is as fresh as can be. The watch is up-to-date w/the most recent FW from Samsung, ver AXG2.

Please release an updated version of the Outlook app for Android watches that fixes this problem. Currently the Outlook Android watch app is unusable.

Yeah, it's likely being pushed out across servers, taking its time.
One issue remains (at least for me). The Outlook watch face that is supposed to be automatically installed when you install the Outlook app on your phone isn't showing up. Something either still isn't completely right, or MS has removed the Outlook watch face.
Yay! Finally fixed by following these steps:
Step 1: Please uninstall the Outlook app from Phone
Step 2: Download the "Outlook" app from the Galaxy Store APP in Phone and configure the Email ID
Step 3: Delete the Outlook app from Galaxy Watch 6/7
Step 4: Restart your Watch
Step 5: Install the Outlook from Watch Play store
Step 6: Now Mail and Calander Sync Works Perfectly
Another update was released sometime today...same description that was used for the previous release (2.4.3.4.1). At first no improvement...calendar items didn't appear on watch. Email items appeared on the watch, but they have worked since I installed an additional email account on my phone, a "sort-of" fix that has worked for some people.
I checked a while later (like maybe as much as an hour) and lo and behold, I can see emails and calendar events on the watch. Appears to be victory, finally.
Thanks, Addie! I appreciate your responsiveness!
