Classic Outlook - Until when will it be supported & available for use?

Why is it when people at microsoft change the format on outlook they do it after they have had a lobotomy.???
the new version sucks. The features provide no improvements to the user. What Is MS attempting to do? It seems like you get one thing fixed and another whack a mole pops up. Now I have to look for another email system...anybody?
Wait for a bit. They always seem to release half a product but add to it over time.
In a couple of years it will be very different to the product at the point of release.
Teams, PowerBi, PowerApp, Flow were all the same.... hang in there.
I just downloaded the free version of eMClient to test for the future and it's actually fairly similar to Classic Outlook. I just set it up with an email I rarely use and was able to download my emails that I had saved as PST files as well as my contacts. Haven't figured out how to download my calendar in to it yet but other than that it's been pretty simple to use and modify to suit me. I am still using old Outlook as my main email program but I think that this could be a decent alternative. There is absolutely no way I will ever use the New Outlook, garbage is too nice of a term to refer to it! I'd like to be familiar with an alternative before it becomes the only choice and being able to download my old emails to a new program is very important to me.

I went back to using classic and hope MS will update New with all features.
And find out what their users need!!!
I've been using Microsoft office including outlook since I got my first computer a couple of decades ago. I now have Microsoft 365 and have continued to use Classic Outlook which I find generally full featured and easy to use for both small business and personal use. I tried New Outlook and it is so pathetic I'm thinking it was created by a 3 year old and not a very bright one at that! The thought that Classic Outlook may be discontinued has me searching for a new email program now so I'll be prepared because there is absolutely no way I will ever use New Outlook. WHY WHY WHY would Microsoft think of replacing a popular and extremely useful program with something that is absolute junk.
