Hello! Could you please help me with uninstalling the new Outlook from my computer (Windows 11) as I would still like to use the outdated Windows Mail app? There is a misunderstanding!! The thread above is NOT about New and Old Outlook!! It's about the stand-alone Mail App, which has nothing to do with Outlook. It came with Win11 to handle email - no Outlook, New or Old, necessary. Both, New and Old Outlook are ****! Please read posts carefully.

I could send emails again. That lead me to think, ah conflict beween new and old. So uninstalled new. Sadly still cant send emails out and that irritating toggle button is till there. Needless to say, if I toggle on new gets downloadd again. Can Addie.C suggest how I can ger rid of that toggle button and any other trace of new Outlook gets removed from my laptop. Hello All, after many month of complaints about the terrible New Outlook and requests by thousands to keep the Mail App, it is finally happening ... Mail refuses to open as such and converts to New Outlook .. no matter what you try. I avoided it for the last year but It was after all announced and had to end one day. To quickly restate: The Mail App is so much superior, simple, yet efficient, clean and straight forward. New Outlook is over-engineered, bloated, full of useless folders and features, slow and pestering with ads, let alone that I DON'T need more AI to run my life!! ... a clear approach, it seems, by some developer nerds at Microsoft to justify their miserable existence (and paycheck) by adding more and more useless **** to a product that is good as is. Don't get me wrong ... I'm a devoted Microsoft user and would never touch anything Apple with a 2x4 ... slow, senile, unprofessional, un-customizable ... just bad, expensive ... and the most crooked company on the planet. However, Microsoft, the Mail App was a very good product! Why did you have to sack it? Did you ever hear about Bauhaus? Design and Practicality to serve the human body and needs? Do you understand how a simple round knob on a car radio is so much more user friendly than a million tiny push buttons like in the 80's or menu hierarchies? Anyways ... I uninstalled, already month ago, everything remotely related to Outlook, down to the registry. I have a stand-alone, purchased office suite and no need for Outlook 365, Outlook or New Outlook ... and everything works like a charm. (I'm a graphic designer and image editor, using top notch machines and software, large files, dealing with clients) As a Mail platform I've got "Blue Mail" now, free from the Microsoft Store ... as clean, easy to navigate, even with 4 - 5 email addresses, and as fast as Mail ... works great and no advertisements or stupid AI!! How to uninstall Outlook (new) on Windows 11 and prevent it from redownloading when opening the Windows Mail?
