Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
As soon as they get fat enough, companies like Microsoft start own destruction. Let them go to Hell and take their new outlook with them.

Hello!
Could you please help me with uninstalling the new Outlook from my computer (Windows 11) as I would still like to use the outdated Windows Mail app?
What I tried:
All shell commands were run as Administrator and I also deleted OutlookUpdate folder in Registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\Orchestrator\UScheduler_Oobe\OutlookUpdate
I would appreciate any advice regarding my question :)

Well....that didn't work either. Tried twice. If you have any other thoughts let me know. New Outlook is like a persistent weed that just never dies.
Thanks again for trying.
Sadly, it is a one time solution. You can open mail once. After closing it icon pinned to task bar changed to outlook new. If I try to open mail app it redirects with an error, saying it needs to repair outlook settings.
My Windows was upgraded from 7 to 10 to 11. I do not have migrations. This solution is the only one I got working. Just onece though.
Any other suggestions?
I hate this outllok new I want to remove
or uninstall
. How can I do that.
Thank you! this has helped me finally, apparently, it was installing automatically without any permission, I'd still prefer to use the Windows Mail App and Microsoft Legacy Outlook instead of New Outlook as it lack too many features and is simply not useful enough for my needs.
