I tried to sign into my account but i forgot the password. I then tried to reset it but it seems my account is attached to a number im not familiar with. What can i do?

ok so i can't login to my microsoft account anymore cus the email has been changed and I am too scared to even turn off my pc as im not sure whther I'll be able to log back in. so right now my microsoft account thats linked to my laptop is somebody elsese and there is na way for me to change it that I know so what the hell do i do

In my Junk emails there are emails saying they could not post to ******@hotmail.com and that is not my email address so i think someone accessed my account from Vietnam it is telling me and now my emails are also going to that address.
