I think my microsoft account has been hacked

I tried to sign into my account but i forgot the password. I then tried to reset it but it seems my account is attached to a number im not familiar with. What can i do?

    No I didn’t they keep hacking me Germany Russia and Paris. But my mates joint there chat on game and they can hear in the background they said they sound American so annoying

    Someone has hacked my account and is on a pc and is in another country and they keep using my account on call of duty on pc but I only play this game on Xbox they keep blocking my family and friends. What can I do I have tried everything I can changing passwords Authenticator and everything yet they still hack me please help. Either track them down and block them from Jacki g me please 🙏🏻
