I tried to sign into my account but i forgot the password. I then tried to reset it but it seems my account is attached to a number im not familiar with. What can i do?

I see people have tried to login from all over the world.
They have successfully done this with things like Facebook etc...and now i'm locked out.
I need to set up something more than a password if this were to ever happen again...something no one else knows and cannot be hacked. Even code sent to email and phones don't seem helpful.
