I think my microsoft account has been hacked

Someone has hacked my account and is on a pc and is in another country and they keep using my account on call of duty on pc but I only play this game on Xbox they keep blocking What can I do I have tried everything I can changing passwords Authenticator and everything yet they still hack me please help. Either track them down and block them from Jacki g me please 🙏🏻 I need help🥲

I tried to sign into my account but i forgot the password. I then tried to reset it but it seems my account is attached to a number im not familiar with. What can i do?

I keep getting Microsoft messages that my account is going to be closed. Also stuff from McAfee but I don't click on any links. Microsoft says lots of complaints of spam
