If you remember your password, then you can still change your security verification method in the account management page, but you mentioned that you have forgotten your password. :-(

In this case, you can only try to restore the form, and I would like to explain to you that restoring the form is a lengthy process and you need to be prepared for it. I apologize for the delay, but this process is also for the better protection of the account.

You will need to try to find a device on which you have logged in to this account and recall as much information as you can about the account such as the Microsoft products you have used, also contact friends with whom you have recently emailed to get some of the content of the emails, as well as any courses, subscriptions, etc. that you can recall.
