I tried to sign into my account but i forgot the password. I then tried to reset it but it seems my account is attached to a number im not familiar with. What can i do?

I have received the exact same email. I don't have anything in my email sent box so clearly some advanced spam. I checked my sign in activity and seems to lots of unsuccessful attempts from random locations.
I had received the same email as well. I've been checking my phone/pc for any malicious app I may have installed, but I saw none. All are built in, IDK what to do anymore. My concerns is if there's any data breach, since my account is a business account.
