I think my microsoft account has been hacked

Hi,

I believe I may have been scammed. A company calling themselves "Microsoft" locked my

computer and provided a number to call which I did and they proceeded spent about

an hour fixing my computer and charged me $2000,00 for a "Microsoft All-in-one firewall Protection

with Support Services for all devices".

The invoice has tour logo, phone number (2***1) and address Redmond, Washington

Name on bottom of invoice refers to "DATA COMPANY LLC"

Am wondering if this really Microsoft or am I out $2000.00 ?

Buenas tardes, creo que mi cuenta fue jaqueada, mi cuenta es h*********@hotmail.com, cambie varias veces la contraseña e igualmente siguieron jaqueándola y ahora está bloqueada, cuando hago los pasos para desbloquearla no me llega el código a mi teléfono celular +5***9, no sé cómo desbloquearla, me pueden ayudar. I got the same email but in my junk box. It looks like many people received the same email.

I followed the instructions to talk to MSFT support agent, however, when I click on "Start Chat", the new page responds with " Bad Request - Request Too Long". I can't figure it out how to open a ticket.

Anyway, I just want to know if the email I received is just a regular spam. I can't even report that as a spam???!!!, any help will be appreciated.
