I think my microsoft account has been hacked

I tried to sign into my account but i forgot the password. I then tried to reset it but it seems my account is attached to a number im not familiar with. What can i do?

    I have gotten the same email last week but only viewed it yesterday, it said it was sent from from my microsoft account and when i checked what email address it was sent from, it said my email address, but when i checked the sent folder that email wasnt there, did i really get hacked and is there pegasus installed on my devices
