Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
I found their email in my Safe Senders List. Sont know how it got there. I deleted it and their emails are going in my junk folder.

After a fairly quiet six months-or-so, I am suddenly getting a flood of SPAM from "******@agenciaidea.es".
I am talking around 50-per-day, and sometimes in batches of several within a few minutes.
They all have the same format, with purple writing at the top and the "advert" appearing as an image below.
Also, the "To:..." is never my email address, but a Hotmail address with a load of random letters (e.g. "******@hotmail.com").
Help!

No, I didn't. But I will and let you know what if anything I receive. Thanks for suggestion.

I'm sorry to hear this, it is still working for me, for hours now. Maybe some of the other tips by others will work for you.
Email sent and received by the addressee Señor Miguel Ángel Figueroa Teva**.** I did request a receipt and read notice. The received notice has been returned, so the address is valid. Now, let's see if I receive a read notice.
FYI - I just checked my Blocked Senders listing and after numerous block sender's requests via Outlook, the address never made it to the list. So, I manually added the " ******@agenciaidea.es" to the spam blocked senders listing. Now I'll wait and see if this helps.
