After a fairly quiet six months-or-so, I am suddenly getting a flood of SPAM from "******@agenciaidea.es".
I am talking around 50-per-day, and sometimes in batches of several within a few minutes.
They all have the same format, with purple writing at the top and the "advert" appearing as an image below.
Also, the "To:..." is never my email address, but a Hotmail address with a load of random letters (e.g. "******@hotmail.com").

You can do that if you use the Outlook website, not the app. Open any one of the offending emails, then click the three dots in the upper right corner of the email and select BLOCK. I did it yesterday and haven't gotten anymore from them since.
What a mess. No real People working at MS to handle this ****. Already 11 pages with this.
I woke up this morning with almost 99 spam emails all stemming from the culprit. To Microsoft. THIS MUST STOP.
THIS DOES WORK BUT Everyone should note that blocking of domain agenciaidea.es MUST be done from a computer, not from any mobile or android device that uses an APP to access you emails.
The easiest solution is to use the desktop version of outlook (not the phone app- click on the offending email message- press three dotted button in right top corner of outlook window and choose 'Block Sender'
