Duluge of SPAM from "agenciaidea.es"

After a fairly quiet six months-or-so, I am suddenly getting a flood of SPAM from "******@agenciaidea.es".

I am talking around 50-per-day, and sometimes in batches of several within a few minutes.

They all have the same format, with purple writing at the top and the "advert" appearing as an image below.

Also, the "To:..." is never my email address, but a Hotmail address with a load of random letters (e.g. "******@hotmail.com").

Help!

    Well, so much for blocking by domain name. As of this morning the flood of messages are back in my junk mail folder because the sender changed. It's now like this:

    ChargeCard <@agenciaidea.es>; on behalf of; ChargeCard <@hotmail.fr>; (ChargeCard via agenciaidea.es)

    and this:

    Elon Musk <@agenciaidea.es>; on behalf of; Elon Musk <@hotmail.fr>; (Elon Musk via agenciaidea.es)

    Basically it's being sent "on behalf of" now from an ever-changing list of email addresses at hotmail.fr. I had to go into settings, add hotmail.fr to the safe senders list, then make a second rule to move messages from hotmail.fr to deleted items. Apologies to anyone trying to email me from hotmail.fr for something legitimate...

    From outlook on a computer, not a phone or other device that uses an "APP",Image hit the settings "gear" on the upper right. Select mail then junk mail then block domain, type in agenciaidea.es and hit ok, then save.
