You can change your outlook settings so that unknown senders go straight to junk folder. Outlook application on MAC/PC required.

To automatically send emails from unknown senders to the junk folder in Outlook, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook and click on the Rules tab.
2. Select Manage Rules & Alerts.
3. Click on New Rule.
4. In the Select a rule template section, choose Apply a rule to messages I receive.
5. Click on Next.
6. In the Conditions section, select From and click on People or Public Group.
7. Leave this field blank to apply the rule to all unknown senders.
8. Click on Next.
9. In the Actions section, select Move the message to the specified folder.
10. Click on Browse and select the Junk folder.
11. Click on OK.
12. Click on Next.
13. In the Rule name section, give your rule a name.
14. Check the Run this rule now on messages already in my Inbox box if you want the rule to apply to existing emails.
15. Click on Finish.

Your rule is now created and will automatically send emails from unknown senders to the junk folder.

You can also create a new rule so that all senders from a certain address go the deleted folder, which will automatically queue the email address for deletion entirely. Feel free to report the messages as phishing in the Outlook mobile app also.

To create a rule in Outlook for PC that automatically sends emails from a certain sender to the deleted folder, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook and click on the Rules tab.
2. Select Manage Rules & Alerts.
3. Click on New Rule.
4. In the Select a rule template section, choose Apply a rule to messages I receive.
5. Click on Next.
6. In the Conditions section, select From and click on People or Public Group.
7. Enter the email address of the sender you want to filter.
8. Click on Add.
9. Click on Next.
10. In the Actions section, select Move the message to the specified folder.
11. Click on Browse and select the Deleted Items folder.
12. Click on OK.
13. Click on Next.
14. In the Rule name section, give your rule a name.
15. Check the Run this rule now on messages already in my Inbox box if you want the rule to apply to existing emails.
16. Click on Finish.

For anyone getting inundated with spam from this email address, can I suggest the following (Outlook application on PC/MAC required)

By applying this rule, any emails that come from the spammer will automatically go straigt to the deleted folder instead of the junk spam filter.

That's EXACTLY what was going through my head also!

I'm easily getting 150+ emails PER DAY, with at least 50 - 75 flooding my email before noon - onset about 1 - 1½ weeks ago. It's hard enough to sort through all the spam for the half dozen or so emails that aren't, because despite having them IN my contacts already - complete with plenty of details that make clear they are NOT spam (one is my mom), yet Outlook keeps redirecting them to the junk folder...

Anyhow, this new, maniacal spammer uses myriad "From" names and subject lines, from major company names like CVS, Verizon, Fox News, as well as implying I've ordered something and urgently need to reply.

The address they are ALL coming from:

******@agenciaidea.es

Since they are using "From" names to which they are NOT entitled, I've been checking them in bulk and reporting them as phishing. I sincerely hope Microsoft finds a speedy solution because these folks are egregiously out of control!
