After a fairly quiet six months-or-so, I am suddenly getting a flood of SPAM from "******@agenciaidea.es".
I am talking around 50-per-day, and sometimes in batches of several within a few minutes.
They all have the same format, with purple writing at the top and the "advert" appearing as an image below.
Also, the "To:..." is never my email address, but a Hotmail address with a load of random letters (e.g. "******@hotmail.com").

I got more than 150 of them today alone. I have been to the "help" people, but they aren't helpful. I have blocked and reported way too many times. Also, the other asinine thing is that when I put the domain on my blocked list, Microsoft seems to think it is cute to keep removing it.
I am having the same problem. I get hundreds a day. Something needs to be done!!!!
Go to Niel Enns, Dechief4 or SamsR68 steps. In their posts. So far it has moved all of the spam in question directly to my delete folder. John
As a rule, I never use the unsubscribe function unless I was previously receiving emails that I authorized. Using the unsubscribe function for these emails confirms that your email address is authentic.
Besides removing the offending domain from my Safe Senders List, I blocked the domain. No more emails from them since yesterday.
Interesting, so why or blocked sender messages put in Junk to begin with? vs Deleted, if you wish to check for an improperly moved message, deleted can be checked the same way Junk could be checked. Also there needs to be some way to report Spamers like this to someone that can take action against the spam at the domain level. And since the Hotmail accounts are a Microsoft product presumably manged or at least controlled by Microsoft it should be Microsoft that accepts reports and fixes the issue.
