Why haven’t I got a response from my account recovery form that i submitted?

Hi I did the account recovery form for my friend as he lost access to his account due to suspicious activity and I filled out two forms but I haven’t gotten any positive or negative response back to me and the only exception was the security code that I got.

It says they will respond within 24 hours but it’s been at least over 30 hours as I filled them out on June 2nd. I know they can’t help with the account but is there any way to contact or speak to them about why it isn’t arriving in my email?

    Dose anyone have a fix I've lost my Xbox account. I’ve had it for 8 years and I've had responses before. but when I tried it with new information I haven’t had a response and I think the new information is right
